Returns
Our products are handmade and made in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, and for safety reasons, returns are not accepted. We will replace any damaged or defective products and will work with customers to resolve any other issues in an appropriate manner.  Contact us for assistance within 48 hours of receiving damaged/defective product by emailing:  otherworldcosmeticsllc@gmail.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at otherworldcosmeticsllc@gmail.com

Shipping
To return your damaged product, you should mail your product to:  Otherworld Cosmetics LLC, 11 Marlborough Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033.  
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
